CONSTANT FALLING.

‘SOMETIMES I JUST FEEL LIKE I’M JUST FALLING THROUGH LIFE

A male dancer in a purple shirt falls and twists in air.

A first dance, a car accident, a school sports day – life's most striking moments converge in a kaleidoscope of memories.

For a moment we are lost in the whirlwind before acceptance seeps in. Time slows as we embrace the past before moving on.

Paul says “Pausing to reflect on your life allows us to gain perspective on our experiences, our emotions and what truly matters to us.

WHY OUR WORK MATTERS.

Understanding what we value in life allows for a sense of purpose and wellbeing.

Stepping back from the busyness of life to appreciate a moment of beauty reduces stress and improves health outcomes.

Acceptance of our realities allows us to be present with what life brings and to move towards our values. This leads to improved resilience and psychological flexibility.

INCLUSIVE WORKSHOPS FOR ALL AGES.

Constant Falling, and the workshops, are designed to help us prioritise what is important to us and to develop a sense of acceptance and peace.

We use our own movement meditation technique to travel through our lives, like watching a film in slow motion. Important moments, moments that catch our attention, can then be brought into focus and gently observed and accepted.
